Our cozy cottage is very private, located at the end of a dead-end street overlooking the Otter Rock beach and the Devil’s Punchbowl. It’s perfect for singles, couples, or small families. Because of its location atop a cliff, the cottage may not be appropriate or safe for families with small children.
There is one bedroom with a queen bed and a fold-out queen sofa in the bedroom sitting area, a large Jacuzzi bath and shower in the master bedroom, a second bathroom, and a hot/cold outside shower to rinse off surfers and beach goers.
A beautifully remodeled, fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary creativity! Or, get takeout from the nearby Mo’s Chowder House, just a 5 minute walk away. The cottage also features 2 decks (including a large deck overlooking the ocean), a lovely garden, charcoal barbecue, high-speed wireless internet, and a great selection of games and coast-related books.
Please Note:
Linens and Cleaning:
Renters bring their own bed linens and towels, and clean up after themselves (or pay a $60 cleaning fee). It takes some time to thoroughly clean the cottage for the next guest, so if you don’t want to commit to that please choose to pay the cleaning fee.
Maximum Capacity:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 7, assuming you rent the yurt for the additional fee. If you’re only renting the cottage, the maximum number of guests allowed is 4.
Pets:
Pets are welcome, but only by prior arrangement with (and approval from) the owner.
Smoking:
There is no smoking inside the cottage.
Internet:
The Cottage features high-speed wireless internet.
